Products digital:

We typically do not provide refunds once the handbook has been downloaded or browsed because our goods are digital manuals provided in pdf format. This policy is in place to stop our digital content from being misused or pirated.
If a real problem occurs that keeps the purchased handbook from being used or accessed, refunds could be taken into consideration. Please provide information and proof of the problem to petermasih1212@gmail.com within 3 days after the purchase.

Refund procedure:

We will send you an email to let you know when your refund request has been received and accepted. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method that was used at the time of purchase.
Refunds could not appear in your account for a while, depending on the regulations of your payment provider.

Exclusions:

In situations involving fraud, abuse, or misuse, we have the right to refuse reimbursements.
Refunds may not be available for products purchased with discounts or promotional offers unless there are actual problems that prevent the product from being used.
